Well out of the two women I mentioned one was very clear to say that she has never acted like that in relation to anyone else and no longer acts like that - pretty much true - and basically she only lost it all the time cos I'm such a cunt. I'm not saying that makes it ok or anything but I do think that other than when she was with me - especially the specific moments when she was screaming stuff such as "I hate you and I'm gonna wait until you're asleep and get the kitchen knife and fucking kill you" - she is relatively stable.

The other had an absolute nightmarish childhood and more and if you knew her story you'd probably be surprised she isn't more fucked up. So yeah I dunno if it's a disorder or just basically being damaged by life.

Well I'd say that if someone is despondent then they are kinda pushed to an edge or emotionally rattled.

Despondent means very unhappy because of difficulties that seem impossible to overcome
