Nope. Entirely uninhabited. A great mystery beyond the foggy Grand Banks.has anyone ever been to greenland?
Denmark did at one point have a colonial empire, but it was only a few trading posts here and there, unless you count Greenland, which is huge but almost empty.I don't know if you want to have a proper conversation about this or not, but those terms are probably not helpful.
What I was alluding to, admittedly pissed and should not have done, was Denmarks colonial legacy. And I think I got it wrong tbh, I got them mixed up with Belgium.
They are probably really sound dunno tbh
They are very keen on bikes, nearly as much as the Dutch, I think. You have to consider the biking thing. "Danelaw"
Viking not biking, but biking too you are right! They are very keen on bikes, nearly as much as the Dutch, I think.
Well Sweden controlled Finland for a long time, but yeah, in terms of territories outside Europe they only had a few small bits scattered around the world, pretty insignificant really. It's like they were vikings and then said nah to trad euro colonialism which is admirable really
I wonder if anyone's bothered to ask people in Greenland what they think. And now getting all antsy when someone miles nearer wants Greenland mineral wealth. Well suspicious
