Help me out with this one - contains sample "many of us by the way we act, we even lost our souls" over a very heavy scratched mentazm, very industrial.

It was my favourite record at the time, long since lost (possibly requisitioned by my younger brother). Definitely 1991, maybe from Tyneside area.
