When we were in the Algarve I had this big line of coke and then I went out to the outdoor toilet on a hill which was a bit of a trek and suddenly I was really wobbling and everything was going all weird and I was thinking fuck this has really brought on that k I had earlier, it's come back stronger than ever. I was staggering around the hills all fucked up... when I got back to the trailer Donna said "oh I think I gave you the wrong bag".
Then again a bit later she woke me up in the middle of the night and she was fucking freaking out - she said she'd meant to cook up a load of coke but she'd accidentally cooked the k by mistake and when she smoked the result it had driven her fucking nuts. I was thinking- can that even happen? But she was proper hallucinating and really losing her shit... and the air did smell like burned ket.
Next day when she'd calmed down and it was light and everything she checked it and turned out she had cooked the right thing. I guess she just lost it after so long without sleep, so much paranoia etc and maybe the smell just showed how suggestible I was... I really don't know what happened to be honest.

If you snorted a quarter of a gram you would almost certainly k-hole I think - especially if you're not used to it.
i think it's per subsquare because my packaging says use 1/4 troches once or twice daily but not to exceed more than 2 per day (oops)
