capitalism produces unnecessary noise as a whole. all advertising is noise. most popular culture sooner or later devolves into noise (rather than being co-opted as some kind of original sin). most astrology, tarot, even popular adult literature, is noise. social media is designed only to generate noise.
How, then, are you defining signal, in contrast to this noise?

I'd be interested to read something about the origin of the right-wing obsession with making tangible items, and then preferably exporting them, as the only legitimate way to make money (as often promoted by hereditary capitalists who'd probably struggle to operate a pencil sharpener).
