Hes in his 30s. I knew people that had them at 16.

I started getting one in my mid to late 20s... although it was also a donut/crisps belly.

Also it coincided with me getting on the citalopram, so it's possible that its a SSRI-stomach.

Beer isn't really to blame, because I started getting quite chubby round the middle before I grew to love beer, as I now do.

No doubt if I stopped drinking beer entirely it would shave off a pound or two.

In my mid twenties I lost my insane metabolism that alowed me to eat whatever whenever with no consequence. Gained a little weight but adjusted and am like 148 at 5'10 rn
