By that I meant to say - I've never read him. I'm against him (vaguely) in principle. I'm a deeply conservative person in all sorts of ways, as Luka would tell you.
You're a bit like corpse in some ways but you've got much more up to date taste in literature which is nice. A later model.
The liquid metal to Corpse's robust but clunky terminator.
As I recall, there's a scene in 'V' where all these sailors are in a bar and they drink beer by sucking directly on these dispensers that are shaped like massive tits.IdleRich said:It is a bit teenage boy... but sometimes that's ok, and it's the teenage boy side that involves making meccano in your bedroom rather than the one about big tits and beer and that's not so bad is it?
I mean enjoying as in thinking it's good as well as having fun etc. Not being duped.OK that I don't do cos... in one sense at least, I don't mind if I'm enjoying it or not. Like they were talking earlier about Citizen Kane, it's worth sitting through (it's not even long) to have an opinion even if you don't like it (I do). So... the point is I don't have to enjoy something to inflict it on myself, but when it comes to inflicting it, or talking about it (which is kind of the same thing) to or with someone else then that insecurity (you could call it) comes in.
But ny point is it's worth getting to the end so you can confidently say that.I mean enjoying as in thinking it's good as well as having fun etc. Not being duped.
