You guys were good actually. I enjoyed it a lot. Interesting contrast of sounds, and I thought your vocalist really suited the music in a kind of annoying polemical way.

Of course - and not taking anything away from you - anyone would seem magnifcent in contrast to the shower of shit that proceeded you. God, that was awful. Why do they bother?

Yes it was great, hints of industrial/grime mashed together in the music. Nice visuals and text which I think said good things withtout being too obviously polemical.

Yeah, I'd go with that, I thought it was pretty hooky in a way - seconded on the vocalist as well.
I didn't think that that first band were so bad though so what do I know?

Yeah, the visuals really added to it (which all too often they don't) - I especially liked the text that looked like an oath for joining the Illuminati or something (what's that from, misersloane?) and the, er, ladyboys wanking each other off. On a purely artistic level, y'understand.

Fascinating creatures, though. Looks like a lady, but really it's a man. I don't find them attractive, it's just confusing.

Thank you all so much for coming down! Made me very nervous! Really really nice to meet you all.

Well spotted on the 'Threads' text! Some from that, DJ's 'Blue', Absolutely Fabulous and Bloodsucking Freaks.

The oath is the Luddite oath, where you swear allegiance to General Ludd. He's a favourite of mine.

Anyway, DVDs (straight from the video/audio mixer) will be around from next week if anyone wants one, free. I know I still got some stuff to send out to some people and will get to that next week as well.

Veeeery hungover.

Oh and sorry about the lack of kebabs! We wanted to get these microwave ones

Nice to meet you Mr Sloane anyway albeit very briefly (sorry to rush off like that but I realised it was a lot later than I thought and I had a busy day today), I would definitely be up for a dvd if there are any going.

hey i thought patricide was great, the visuals were the best thing about it, made me stare like crazy. the guy with the violin was quite a nice counterpart to squelchy bass and grimey snares and hi hats

id love a dvd of that, never seen any vj before, so this was a great introduction, thanks very much

although someone stole my coffee in that place!
