Had to stop reading when I got to "Noonan was at her desk drinking coffee as black as a vinyl record..."better than the book club we never do for obvious reasons.
rules: read story and review and reflect and show off, the person with the best response is chosen by story sharer to choose next one
“A Shooting in Rathreedane”
“Dylan Judge was from Ballina town. He was what you would call ‘known to the police.’ ”www.newyorker.com
I never agree with all these rules people have about fiction and studies literary people especially seem to pick up these expectationsIt seems padded out with useless details which I don't think you can really afford to do in a short story
I’ll have a look.
