Someone posted this doc on twitter the other day, I've not had chance to watch it yet though. No idea what else is out there, would love to see some. Let Me See Your Footwork.

Only just catching up with those, I had no idea loads of people where releasing stuff on bandcamp. DJ Earl & Heavee - Audio Fixx 2 http://ghettoteknitianz.bandcamp.com/album/audio-fixx-2 Is really good. Easily up there with the best footwork albums I've heard.

What music do you listen to when it's sunny?

Brackles, Murlo, Swing Ting Rinse FM 05/04/2013 http://podcast.dgen.net/rinsefm/podcast/Brackles050414.mp3 Brackles Afrobeats Mix Anything with a load of colour and energy on the whole, things that sound like synths cutting thru an ooze of syrup. I tend to put on stuff like Future, Max B, DJ...

    Actress / Nail the cross

Has anyone heard the Levantis 12" on TTT, it sounds so much like Actress that it has to be really. If not its someone that sounds like him right now which doesn't happen much. Track two really sounds massive when the big old kick comes in. The more I listen to the new album the more I really...

    Actress / Nail the cross

The Thriller tracks are on more of a funky sample tip yeah. They sound like tracks for Splazsh on the whole or at least ideas that ended up becoming Splazsh, maybe with less obscured samples, Hubble which was on one of the 12"s ended up being the first track on Splazsh.

    Actress / Nail the cross

I'm still getting to grips with it, first impressions are pretty good but I don't feel like I've got a handle on it yet. Really love Corner, Rims, Don't, Rap so far. Sounds more like Hazeyville than RIP to me, maybe sits in the middle of those too in sound but slightly closer to Hazyville even...

    House and techno 2014

Blawan plays that kind of techno really damn well. Karenn live too, Parassela. I find a lot of the Berlin lot or people like Analogue Cops who often play really simular records to what Blawan plays somehow come out making it all sound a bit dry and lifeless where as he makes it really intense...

    Best Of 2013 Lists

That Jackmaster mix was an odd one, it really really reminded me of listening to Bugged Out stuff when I was younger. You might as well be listening to this: http://www.discogs.com/Felix-Da-Housecat-Justin-Robertson-Bugged-Out/release/59055 I'm not sure I need that in my life again.

    House and techno 2014

Bok Bok & Tom Trago Have another 12" out, never really feel Tom Trago on his own bar the odd dub version he does now and again, but when he hooks up with Bok Bok its gold. Loved that RA mix Bok Bok did hope some of that comes out. There was some mad tracks by Neana and Deamonds. Liked this...

Shuffling / House Music / Cutting Shapes

I don't mind this one. Rest of the EP aint bad either, last one is kinda retro again but still alright like. Always liked the Deep Teknologi people some years back. Was pretty much this sound but with drums that where more swung.

    2013 > 013 > 130

For some reason I've only just now caught up with Lost Codes Visionists label, jeez. The SD Laika is insane. They've got a release coming on Tri Angle in the near future, so looking forward to that. Some one called Brood Ma is pretty insane and reminds me of that stuff too, but even odder, no...

For me I don't know if its needing something mega new, I love a load of retro house. Just has to hit me right. I'm really up for proper killer deep dark techy house music, just not sure I've heard it here yet. Know Me Name and Carnao in general reminds me of a more liniar stright up house...
