Talking about wonky (and reusing a label to see if sticks this time), do you remember when Acid Jazz was for a minute or two a label to describe Nitzer Ebb and the like?
Or maybe that was just a single Melody Maker issue.
I haven't felt "I can buy whatever comes out on this label" for a very long time, like I am lately with Hyperdub. Maybe last was Ram Records until the Speed of Sound album, about, what, 55 years ago.
Me? I want to marry him and have 33 kids. That Jagz the Smack EP was probably the only 5-track EP I ever bought in which everything was excellent. Insanely good.

To be blunt: I am not sure I like the idea, and I am sure I don't like the music on that myspace page. It kinda of made dubstep wobble-by-numbers sound fresh.
Now, producing at slower tempos without the "good old days" rhetoric could be good.

And you will say that Weekend is cheesy but I don't care, that's just beautiful.
