Maybe because he is the most mainstream and internationally known Grime artist and many people consider him to be the king (ala Jay- z) of grime(at least they used to).

Its not that bad! I would describe it as intimate and full of atmosphere.

Most def, I thought the same thing. Maybe bloc party and kano could do something next? They did a few shows together before bloc party were big, so it wouldn't be that surprising.

Have you heard the album?

I've always had a soft spot for Pete Doherty. His lyrics seem so earnest and poetic. He puts his heart on public view through his music. Feedback on the new album hasn't been very good though. NME gave it a 7 and the tracks I heard were so - so. Has the crack head lived up to his scathing...

You can def tell they are beastie fans, there is also a track on the album with a heavy grime influence. 'CATCH IT!' starts off as some hyper fast metal, then slows down to a wicked grime/rock dub. Their stage performance is crazy, their lunatics!The album is essential though.
