I loved this book.... Like a more depressing John Updike.
I'm reading Life, End of by Christine Brooke-Rose which is fabulous.
However I am famous amongst my friends for enjoying depressing novels.
getting together with the love of my life at the dubstepsquatparty in March while Kode9 played some monster track or other (its our very own Simon Bates Our Tune moment)..

Cripes I do hope so.
Its made me come over all Andrea Dworkin and its rare that I feel like that about visual images nowadays...
Nevertheless it does look like a top night...
Excellent Larry Elliott piece from the Guardian...

mens are unfortunate as they don't have the wonders of topshop but TK Maxx is your friend. I got a lush teal cashmere jumper in there recently.
30/40 something men look good in a nice John Smedley jumper...
interestingly i thought skinny jeans were really wrong but I bought some recently and they are truly excellent and stylish and not in the way they were when was 16 and you had to take your black trousis in.
Did anyone see the specials gig on BBC4 the other night? those boys looked v hot -...
