yeah I think this is the case, along with what I call the 'fruityloops effect' where the ease of experimentation and the young age of the producers, who tend to look forward muscially rather than back, brings about strange mutations like the slow-mo/fast tension and that panicky/floating vibe.

Yep, it's great. The only book that has changed my life in a concrete way (although I've stopped doing the morning pages). The Alchemist had an effect on me, but I'm not sure if it really changed my life. Just a great affirming read.

The general rule I follow is that the more processing is involved with a product, the better it is to go for the more expensive brand. Although Sainsbury basic tomato ketchup is pretty good (if you like it sweet)
