When I tried to watch Solaris with my sister, she gave up on it before they even got into space, which is the best bit imo. I think the highway drive sequence was just too much for her.

Spy Game was alright. Always takes me a while to adjust to the pace of a new film after so many old ones that although might be well paced, seem to have meaning in every action. No fat in other words. More watching required.

Westerns and War films are my big blind spots. I always said I liked the atmosphere of noir, how I could drift in and out, when there's too much shooting I lose focus.
