partly. i think my main point there is that there's so many people trying to break into the prem that the talent gets thinly spread and no-one is willing to believe in any teams capicity because the market for "trying to get into the premiership" is so saturated
they could pocket the tv money yes, and they get lucrative parachute payments, however so did derby and they're not exactly looking better off. mind our manager did piss a load of money up the wall for them when they went up.
