Can't stop reading Wodehouse so far this year.
I've read most of them before anyway, but I seem incapable of reading anything else at the moment. Read about five in the last fortnight.
Downloading them all for free from the amazing Project Gutenburg.

Not gonna lie, I'm partial to a few supermarket self-service checkout shenanigans. Bit like that famous chef guy that got caught. Except I'm much better than him and know how to do it properly..
This made for interesting reading (very much U.S orientated tho)...
Nah it's changed A LOT in two years mate!
Not that I'm even saying all of these changes are necessarily bad (I like a wide selection of independently brewed craft ales as much as the next dickhead).
But yeah, it's changed.
yep.
a poncy new place has opened in Harringay (where the rate of gentrification in the last couple of years has been pretty crazy)

"counter made from a recycled school basketball court"...
I've got a lot of time for the first album. Should be on the poll. I wouldn't vote for it, but it should be there..
Had a bit of a Dylan resurgence myself recently so this is a well-timed thread. I've been battering JWH, Freewheelin', Desire and BOTT.
Also been listening to a LOT of Bootleg...
Very true. I even had a dream last night where Farage sat me down with a pint of ale and tried to explain to me how I'd misunderstood him and he wasn't racist at all. Fuck sake.
(I'm pleased to say that in my dream I sat there wordlessly, finished my pint, and then walked out shaking my head...
cheers! yeah that's the one Luka. 'glamourous academic' .. she'll like that!
back to the more important topic: lunch.
could go to Trullo again I suppose. would prefer to try somewhere new tho.
anyone had any good lunch time set price deals recently?
taking my wife out for our first meal since arrival of first baby 8 weeks ago. any suggestions most welcome.
yeah.. it's not that important to me tbh! i just think it's weird that they would get the dates mixed up.. cos like, in my mind, 2007 era grime (when they said Eskimo Dance started) is a completely different beast to 2003/4-era grime (when Eskimo Dance actually did start)
anyway, if nothing...
ha! that performance definitely deserves a few rewinds still!
anyway i just went back and watched the video to What U Call it?
You can see they flyer for the first Eskimo Dance at 0:01.
November 2003.
So basically, Geeneus and Flowdan don't know shit about the history of grime ;)
