Calves liver is of course well nice.
Tripe so-so but I want to get some and braise with chorizo and chickpea and paprika in tomato sauce and think it might be a bit nicer if it softens up a bit.

big sea fish like swordfish and marlin

mackerel (i think, though perhaps in the end all fish stocks will be over fished?)
prawns are often farmed now, so sutainable in a manner though i'm sure it brings it's own problems.

Hmm well if it's on a level with Fabric i would rather stay at home and cook listening to a sick mix! The line up is doing alot but not sure i can face it.

when my mates have heard hessley stuff in a mix they thought it was minimal rather than dubstep or dubstep/funky crossover, not sure what that signifies really though.

segue is very strange to me
i always read it as being pronounced something like seeg until i i heard it, i think cos it means moving seamlessly between things a smooth word rather than one with two abrupt syllables made sense
