LOL. Nice one. I randomly press the cold drinks machine in corridor as I walk past it. Everynow and again it gives me a free drink which I then give to someone else cos I cant stand the stuff. I thank the machine and I get a thanks, good all round.

I only really drink tea no suger. About 6 cups a day if im at work. Am now thinking about getting a tea pot and brew from leaves I dont mind the occasional coffee but If I have more than a couple in a day it find it stirs up bad things in my guts (colitis) so I just tend not to drink it at all...

Very quickly from me. Its always been about religion and resistance as many rasta were living as outsiders in JA. And that outsideness fed into the alienisation uk black (and other) youth were feeling in the 70's dole age and people found strengh in music, blues and rastafari to contunue a daily...
