    I've only just looked at this thread, but my first thought was "that squid is so made out of paper -machiete" I read recently in New Scientist that giant squid are thought to be cannibalistic - they found the undigestible beaks of other squid in another squid's stomach.

    Hmm that's exactly how i felt.. Tricky seemed definately more important at the time. But later I came to appreciate it over Trickys output, and that second Portishead album is fantastic. bleak and cold... I really like the Rustin' Man album that Beth Gibbons did with Paul Webb from Talk Talk...
