    The Empowered Nerd.

In general, people in GoT (like in most other Middle Ages shows/movies) have too good teeth. Only Monty Python paid attention to the generally bad teeth situation of the Middle ages in their films.

    Things the Right get right

I think this might be the most important factor here. This is the first generation having fully grown up surrogating the realworld with social media/being an internet persona. They simply can't get a grip on "the real world" so they are trying to rebuild the social media experience via those...

    The Empowered Nerd.

I have only watched half an episode (so I am hardly an expert) but isn't that supposed to be set in the Middle Ages of sort? If so, there is way to little topless action going on. After all, the Middle Ages were times of bebauchery.

    Choon of the Day

99 Red Balloons was her biggest hit, but her finest hour was "Nur Getäumt" ("Only Dreaming"). The German Kim Wilde (ca. "Kids In America")

    Things the Right get right

Not being from the UK and all but @that Morning Star piece - do they seriously call what's happening right now in what used to be on maps as "Aleppo" "Liberation"?

    Things the Right get right

It's a great concept on paper, It was tried out and failed numerous times. Maybe one day, if humankind is ready, it will work. I remain sceptical.

    Things the Right get right

One good aspect of getting old possibly is, I have survived at least 4 apocalypses now. As a kid, I got told within 10 years there would be no tree left bc of acid rain. That wouldn't actually matter, due to the imminent nuclear holocaust caused by Reagan. If that wouldn't work out, I sooner or...

    Things the Right get right

Part one is definitley correct. It's a pattern that pretty much all the revolutions of the 19th centurywere started by the Burgeoisie TOGETHER with the emreging working class and the deprived farmers to overthrow the old powers (gentry and hig clergy), but stabbed the working class in the back...

    Things the Right get right

Of corse not, they'd love at least an authoritarian state, but they are too damn stupid to realize that it's now the liberal western democracy - the institution that gives them the possibility to be the "hard left" (instead of being shot dead, hung or decapitated) - being at stake.

    Things the Right get right

Of course it's obvious, but the puzzling part for an old misanthrope like me (I turned 36 this November) that in the 2010s even the Right wingers are cry babies now.

Would be time and energy wasted by the right wingers. Lefties have a tremendous history of dividing and marginalising themselves.

    Things the Right get right

Mr. Tea is posting dissenting opinions and he is giving argumentative support to those. He's making this site more enjoyable for old reactionaries like me.
