Shackleton has established a peerless reputation due to his innovative productions and agenda-setting label Skull Disco. Launched in the early days of dubstep, his releases on the imprint avoided all the cliches of that genre. His unique sound, whilst built upon a foundation of heavy sub-bass, also featured detailed ethnic percussions, abstract techno textures, dub-wise mixing techniques and dark dystopian vibes.
Recent releases have seen him develop a more minimal techno flavoured direction, (as evidenced by his recent album for legendary German label Perlon), but once again he eludes direct comparison with other producers.
We present him live here in an intimate gig venue where we hope you will appreciate his music on it's many levels.

Brighton-based DJ support from Clandestine, Ultrasound & Blake will provide a wide spectrum of bass music. You can dance. If you want to! :)
