i'm glad i don't really understand any of this and have no yearning to at all either. it's like gambling, i've never been into it at all, never placed a bet or been in a bookies

Why would you do that? You buy in extreme bulk when these things mushroom, like in stupid amounts of thousands and then cash out at the price surge.
