Yeah Bô'vel is just the singers name aka as Bernadette Mosoph. The recent reissue mentions her involvement, but production is also credited to a guy name Uriah, not sure if that is from the original production or remasting. It seems she put it out herself and retained sole rights to it either way. She's on Facebok if anybody wants to bother her for the full story https://www.facebook.com/bernadette.mosoph
