Meanwhile a judge has blocked deportation of Venezuelans without due process... there seem to have been a load of these blocks and stays and so on but how many of them have been overturned? I've not seen it happen much but maybe I missed it.

The policy is all over the shop.... joined up thinking Trump style means that first you insult Denmark and repeatedly say that you're going to seize part of their country, then you put tariffs on the EU so that prices of everything from there rise. Then you get all worked up about the price of eggs so you approach - you guessed it - Denmark cap in hand and plead with them to export more eggs to you...

They were both pretty good parties I think - although that Commandante one was way too ambitious and the guy running it lost a load of money. He booked loads of djs and a band and flew someone over from the UK plus the venue was too big so although there were quite a few people there and they were going for it until seven am it was kinda empty round the edges.
