yeah I took it to be essentially a British toff version of Karens

those kinds of archetypes are of limited use anyway

leaving aside whether or not they're slurs themselves, they make the focus the pejorative rather than the behavior being called out

that's exactly why we need to get "surrender to sodomy" away from its association with both Olivers and @craner specifically

look at the confusion it causes

no! Not like a Karen at all! A bohemian toff, not an uptight one. A sexy, suave bohemian toff. the girls love him! Uses his rp accent as if it was natural to him, like an east ender would cockney. a veracious and ravenous ball of energy. Always looking for more and more elegance. The british version of Des Esseintes. Decadent.

I'm not so possessive, a system brought me here. we're all working with the same info, just drawing different conclusions & facing different obstacles

Frankly I'd be honoured if you were stalking my twitter, btw. It means the compound will have been fortified.

i'm going through version's top 100 and there's a song by ghost in it and i had never heard of him and it's my new favourite artist and the song posted above is my new favourite song ever. i don't understand why i never heard about him before?

one thing that i like so much about this era's dancehall (r&b?) is that sometimes it sounds quite off-key doesn't it? it makes it sound earnest and sweet. buccaneer and white mice have the same effect on me. i can't stand talent show superstar voices.

One thing I love about getting new headphones or speakers is hearing how old favourites sound through them. The kick on this is so much punchier hearing it now.
