@catalog here’s another link for the one that’s not working, its really only interesting at all for the 808 state lore/drama. I read an interview with Gerald from around that time talking about how this tune was going to come out and that the phone recordings included in the track would ‘expose’ them, but it only ended up being cheeky snippets, wonder how the convo really went

Also re: the vocal samples at the end of Anything, I wouldn’t be surprised if that were Gerald himself. Kind of sounds like him actually upon listening back, pitched down and processed of course
