I mean per the lyrics it's canonically not a Halloween tune, but it also obviously is. It reminds me a bit of the bit in Energy Flash contrasting Wu Tang and Tricky, pointing out that they're both driven by skunk paranoia, but that where Wu Tang armour themselves against psychic dissolution, Tricky just leans into it. And this feels like Geto Boys tending in the same direction.
