Now that this thread is about flowers (as it always was, I don't care what they say) I must say that I was walking around some gardens with my parents the other day and I realised I was genuinely quite interested in the flowers and plants

I took it as a sign of age
do you have any flowers and plants in your flat?

Its in Queens but I thought it looked a bit UKish but I guess not lol
to me it does as well! identical low-rise dwellings built in rows after another and made of small red brickworks. i think it looks charming but i guess the quality is probably quite poor. have you ever been inside in one of these houses?

No, and it was sort of anomalous for that area from what I could tell. The surrounding streets were lined with gorgeous duplex brownstones and brick townhouses. I myself live in a shoddy apartment, I do bet they look decent inside, old hardwood floors etc

some spring snapshots from berlin. I'm always shocked how beautiful it can be here considering how apocalyptic it looks during winter

yesterday was the last day of summer i think. it has been warm and sunny for five months, august especially was warm and dry. here's my last photo of summer. a warm sweaty day, temperature around 32C. the skies have a different colour when the year progresses towards autumn, it's more grey-blue, more metallic, colder, "skies the gray of crystal".
