this week I bought a 10 inch vinyl record of some dub poetry in a downbeat dub techno style

Italy via a Japanese label

"mi international"

Babe Roots ft. Wayne - Mi Feel It

"aaaah fuck"

I first became aware of Babe Roots when I visited a record shop in Manchester 9 years ago and they were all like "BILL! YOU NEED THIS!"

Babe Roots - Jah Nuh Dub

^ Burning Spear done over in a rhythm & sound a like style

although this may be my favourite do-over of Jah No Dead

Unknown Artist - Jah No Dead (The Most High )

( probably sounds better on my home sound system than on your phone tbh )

although this maybe my favourite release on THE MOST HIGH

Marcus Anbessa - Tonia Test (The Most High )

( probably sounds better on the free party sound system than on your phone lol )

edit: @0bleak or @The King of Pussy Gettin: your mission, if you choose to accept it, is to merge these 4 tunes into one RAVE MONSTER suitable for playing on a FREE SOUND SYSTEM in a STROBE LIT RED LIGHT BASEMENT

edit:

NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE

The Interns - MY MISSION IS IMPOSSIBLE

I KNOW THEY ARE WRONG
MY MISSIONS
ARE POSSIBLE

Time Cow - Do Nat Piss Here

Intended to be listened to as a continuous live performance, it offers a glimpse outwards to an extended sonic space not explored often enough on the rock.
Each track begins as the original arrangement and is then expanded to fill as much of the musical, harmonic, and tonal spectrum as is allowed in the structure of each track.

avant "dancehall that no one ever listens to" lost in the "ever expanding dub zone"
