Something I didn't know, that I learnt from that podcast, is that the word cappuccino is derived from franciscan cappuccin monks.

They were called cappuccin cos they wore big hoods. Cappuccin means hood in Italian.

And they wore big hoods so they could just duck out of the world and pray. If they needed to. Like a portable church setting, a way to cloak yourself, set yourself apart.
