COKI (DMZ)
MAN LIKE ME
PRANCEHALL (VICE)
SMUTLEE

THIS EVENT WILL BE FILMED FOR MTV BASE
Dirty Canvas are proud to present the exclusive London date of Skepta's 'Greatest Hits' tour. Skepta is fast becoming the biggest name in grime and underground British urban music. His organisation Boy Better Know (started with brother JME) has firmly established itself as the most dominate influence in grime, whether this is instantly classic tracks or the infamous Boy Better Know T shirts. Musically Skepta has few equals in the scene, with a back catalogue that boasts hit after hit including the ultimate posse cut 'Duppy', the soca-infused 'Sweet Mother' and the now anthemic 'Stageshow Riddim' as well as featuring on Wiley's new single on Big Dada 'No Qualms'.
Skepta will be joined on the night by Johan and DJ Tron aka the globetrotting tag team Radioclit. Having completed their first US tour this year the boys are gearing up for further world domination with forthcoming releases on Counterfeet and EMI. If their recent mixtape 'Hard Working Class Vol. 1' is anything to go by expect everything from House to Baile funk to crunk - anything to get the people moving.
Along with DMZ and FWD, Dirty Canvas was one of the first nights in the Capital to showcase the now global phenomenon of Dubstep. It is only right therefore that we welcome back Digital Mystikz don Coki to tear up the low end. The man behind anthems such as 'Burnin' and more recently 'Night' (alongside Benga) is sure to bring serious bass weight to Cargo.
Live support on the evening will come from Man Like Me. Elevating themselves from the over lauded 'next big thing' tags thrown about so much these days, the Camden based trio have been steadily developing their sound over the last couple of years and are now easily one of the most exciting acts around. Their anthem 'Oh My Gosh' has spawned T Shirts, a Roll Deep Remix and streams of international bookings. Catch them in London while you still can!
DJ Smutlee has been releasing killer mixtape after killer mixtape and so we're very excited to finally get him down. Vice Magazines DJ Prancehall and Dirty Canvas' own DJ Magic'll join him on the decks
