You've prob changed the mode. It seems to sometimes do it spontaneously too. In the top left - those three icons with bars.

Blue Bar at the top where it says 'View first unread', count three buttons in from the right and select 'Linear mode'.

yeah i had that this morning too. seems to be an irregular database burp. (or kraken burp)
