Standard Timbaland fare, I'd say. Pre-chorus it feels as if a standard Cornell song was put through a remix-pipe, tbh.

It is not Rap/Rock, true.
Feels forgettable to me; pedestrian and predictable.

I prefer Timbaland/Timberlake to this anyday. But, I suppose it isn't horrible, though the chorus...
