zomby is the closest reference point maybe, but the approach is a bit different - the ideas are a bit more developed maybe, and the production shinier - not a value judgement in any way, its just different

Starkey played a new Untold bit last night that was absolutely mental. Can't wait to hear it again. He also played a new one of his - "Creature" - again, utterly insane.

A lot of producers seem to be letting go at the moment, just going crazy with it. This can only be a good thing in my opinion.

i know this is such a bate one but what tune has that sample on u142 by Chris Coda been used in before? such a deep sample, such a beautiful feeling

feeling floatingpoints loads, their name had totally slipped my mind, thanks! there was a tune called Peroration around a while back which is amazing

feeling the Hemlock stuff a lot also, so much good stuff out there!

edit, found Peroration on this mix, which looks pretty good from the tracklisting...

Yeah, prob the best line-up we've had for a while. Hopefully this is a sign of things to come up here.

Peroration is my fave thing by him. He has releases coming fairly soon aswell

floatingpoints is london based. . got some stuff coming on eglo records...

a serious talent. . did a guestmix for my blog a month of two back.

lol. i wonder what d-bridge will play? im guessing SP will be over his set and not martyns. never seen martyn before so should be good! i dont think ive actually been to any other clubs except for plastic people for ages :S lineups there have been stoopid for a while now.

also, bash is definitely this friday with the bug/loefah/morgan zarate

As much as I understand them moving FWD to Sunday, and the benefits of that, I do sometimes wish that some of these lineups were on a Friday. At the Kode/Brackles/D1/ahemZombyahem one, I was really getting hyped up and drunk and then it was closing time all of a sudden.

Think I might have to do the Spyro/Martyn ones anyway...
