Yes but non-conformity isn't about feeling a special way, it's about defying the majority because people should be allowed multiple alternative routes to success. I don't care about normal trads, I just want them to let me live my life so we can coexist.
And there's the rub: a principled progressive is confident in the superiority of their views and should not stomach persistence of small-mindedness and bigotism.

Femboyism IS feminism.
The magic of anticipatory backpedalling.
Something no one on this board understands is that most scholars consider interpretative score-keeping a bad argument. It doesn't matter how many times your opponent contradicts themselves, the principle of charity still requires you to interpret your opponent's argument in the most consisent way possible. Your uncharitable interpretations aim to hide your lack of a substantial disagreement with my view.

This is even more pendantic and trivial. If you insist on understanding a regulation as a rule, then fine, it's not a regulation it's a gender norm. But even if it was a rule, that wouldn't make it a literal LAW, like you said it would. Why would it? We're just talking about socially agreed upon and produced generalizations about the behaviors specific genders perform. There's no need to write such norms into literal judicial law. Why would there be?

And there's the rub: a principled progressive is confident in the superiority of their views and should not stomach persistence of small-mindedness and bigotism.
Right...and that's my belief. I don't tolerate close-minded bigots. I don't see where I'm doing anything wrong here.

Firstly, you accept the rule of the majority in determining what should be acceptable or not and, secondly, you refuse to acknowledge other trans identifications.

Now we're on eunuch rights with clear implications for Body Integrity Dysphoria and the legalisation of voluntary amputation. Some people don't think they have a leg to stand on. I would suggest the legalisation of supplementary limbs but many here would be up in arms.
