In a few words: Director/actor/producer Max Hardcore went to prison for 4 years for doing disgusting, but legal porn. Couldn't find the details on the case now, but it involved police officers mail ordering porn from another state to get him convicted.

Very clearly, and don't get me started on the Max Hardcore case.
