its been a minute since i posted here but i found this and it reminded me of this place.
its a review of a pretty crap diy shop that i pass on my way home, between november and january each year it doubles up as a fireworks emporium - last new years i was cycling past after midnight on january 1st and they were loading up a luton van whilst lads were driving up and down the A-road shooting rockets out their sun roofs.
you can find all the reviews by a given reviewer when you click on their name but no more than that, there's not a ranking system or a trending reviews section or really anything to prioritise one from another, which makes it a much more rewarding social media format for the connoisseur. theres a complete lack of any potential for fame or recognition. you can't meet your peers or contact your heroes. a very noble art form where the only motives for contributing are to enrich the collective experience, with occasionally brilliant instances as in the case above.
someone must be archiving these?
