just after the Shangaan show at Rich Mix, which ends at 10:30.
what the fuck? after an ecstatic 2 hours it'll be just "OK everyone time to go home!"

but luckily i'll be serving up more booming contemporary African, Asian, and Latin music over at this Brazilian club. (was told the crowd is pretty mainstream and clueless... but atleast you know the music will be good :)

Is that the place on Charing Cross Road? That will be... interesting but you never know, could be fun if you do some good promotion. I'm coming back from Paris that evening I think but should be in London by about eight or something so I will try and make it down.

i don't have to worry about promotion but the club person tells me that it's pretty much full all the time. sounds like one of these places a lot of tourists go and you know, pretty main stream "normal people" place.

Ah, no actually it's not, although that description makes it sound quite similar. I guess in terms of promotion I mean that it might be possible to get a slightly more interesting crowd but I'm sure it will be good. Will definitely try and get down, is there a charge on the door?

on the website i seem to remember it saying something about 10 euros... but i'm sure i have atleast a few spots on the GL. will let you know if i do!
