Serious question: who, out of those who threw their hat into the ring when Corbs stepped down following the 2019 debacle, would be doing significantly better right now

I think a female contrast would perform better against Boris, so probably Nandy & maybe Long-Bailey

That doesn't mean I think they'd have a sniff of getting into power though

Google tells me that Emily Thornberry went for it as well but I don't remember that at all? That's like a reverse Sinbad in Shazam moment that

I think she could be a potential leader. Fuck knows how she'd do in the current climate though. She's rooted herself in her constituency (Wigan IRRC) in a way that a lot of MPs don't.

She is so obviously in a different class. I read her long lecture about disinformation a while back - Corbyn is nowhere near on the same level, intellectually, politically, anywhere.

it's the like the old workplace hierarchy problem isn't it - you're so great at your job that we're gonna make you manager (and take you away from all the stuff you enjoy and are good at)

It's time somebody serious (i.e. me) took out the Tory midget Alun Cairns once and for all.

Glass the cunt mid-debate, just jab a finger while calling him out as a Tory midget, bowl over and smash

Everyone in Britain would vote for such a candidate
