So the stattos in the replies are right in that a sample of that size suffices to get a good idea of the overall % of bots... But what would be more useful would be a way to identify sudden increases of bots created to push a particular agenda eg 3000 fake Chinese accounts might not change the overall 5%-bots figure but could easily be enough to flip a narrative if they're all focused on the same issue and acting in consort
