bit more context as i am your eye on the ground. the roving reporter. Gush is a party for (I think) first and foremost black lesbians. unsurprisingly I haven't been to it and i don't know much about it and probably there is something wrong with the way i've said that. Nowadays is a club with its own booking policy and bookers, which has incidentally just had a massive falling out with its former lead booker DJ Voices over palestine and some other things. mostly nowadays runs its own nights.

but it also invites some of the homeless roving parties to do nights at nowadays. nowadays itself grew out of one of those kinds of parties. Gush is one of those roving parties. that's the only time i've seen the $75 door fee for cis-men thing. maybe the people who run Gush are annoying dickheards. i've got no idea. probably your conclusions depend on what you think about the woke people anyway. maybe they explain in their own words what they're up to somewhere

Can you not just say you're gay

They'd see me coming from a mile away, farting into my cargo shorts
two (hetero male cis) friends from my hometown thought it would be smart to pretend they were gay in the queue for berghain because they thought it woudl give them a better chance to get in, so they hold hands and all that and i think even kissed or something and then in the end they were refused entry anyway

Some intern at Fox News will find this thread and we’ll be the reason it ends up as a Tucker Carlson segment

say what you want those posters are dope as fuck and one of the few things that can still be considered somewhat edgy in the current cultural millieu, which is not common

I'm confused by this statement. Is there an otherwise long tradition of heterosexually graphic club and event posters of which I am completely unaware?
It seems that since (cis) heteros are virtually scorned in "hip" club environments, what would actually be edgy in the current milieu is graphic hetero sex.

Oh this is not so much cis heteros, I think what gets scorned is tartan shirt bros and I have nothing against that. Not sure what's the situation of that in the US, but London, Paris, Amsterdam, Warsaw, still get way too many of them on the dancefloor, and they don't know how to behave. NYC might be full of posers so maybe in truth those parties are for queerbaiting hetero lads, not sure. But I'm quite impressed of your opinion about cartoon furry porn, perhaps it did get a little normalised at this point, in all seriousness, but I would not say THAT much.

I thought blokes were fine as long as they were bipoc or some other acceptable identity.

I'm just amazed that people have got so much worse over the decades that it's so bad that lgbtq+s and cisheteros can't all go clubbing together like they did decades ago in the states, in the south of all places.

The Americans don't get that you have to force rudeboys into middle class spaces (white or otherwise) to give them a heart attack so they can write hit pieces in their magazines about how they are scared to get stabbed. that's how we invented jungle.

even @blissblogger shat his pants the first time he went to AWOL - according to @Woebot
