Black Merlin remix

I like the bass in this Black Merlin tune... I'm never totally sure about him, I like the sound he makes but the tunes are often so minimal and repetitive that I get bored. I guess you can mix something over them or whatever but with quite a few (not all) I wish they just did a bit more.

I like the fun and almost funky (relative to most of this stuff) beats but again I will it did more. It kinda gets under your skin though I have to admit...

Definitely like the last one best here - the first tow are too stiff and pummelling without anything to mitigate that and make it fun, but the last one is more playful and the beat is more interesting to me.

The reason I put those two together is that they're both by Antoni Maiovvi. He runs the Giallo Disco label together with Vercetti Technicolor.

That Ketsueki Sakuru track you commented about a few posts above is also him.

His most popular project in the last ~5 years is probably Ye Gods with releases on Bunker Records/Panzerkreuz and LIES. Although that project has changed direction a couple of times, the first 12" is probably still the most well known from that project:

I got some stuff by him I think.
I dig this one, it's more atmosphere than dance-floor but it's cool.

This is a good intro type tune on Giallo Disco

I think I'm all caught up now and listened to everything people have suggested. 0Bleak, dunno if you saw this mix thing I did but it's quite a lot of stuff like the stuff you suggested I'd say

good stuff - altho I'd say the first ~10 minutes were the most like the stuff that was being talked about in this thread
makes sense tho since you said that you first started playing drvg cvltvre as a warm up
but I'd def be dancing to that set in a club
