They re really fantastic but as with any of these things if you don't keep it up you lose all the benefits you worked for. It's a bit of a treadmill in that sense
Of course sometimes you go out for your trudge and you think, why am I doing is why am I trudging joylessly through the cold with no goal or anything just trudging through this place I've been trapped in all year
I did go to classes for a while, a few years ago. these long 2 hour kundalini ones, and you always feel great after. I sometimes used to go and have a pint and a fag after the class, that was brilliant. I maybe went to 6 of those and was also doing life drawing at the time. My Tuesdays and Thursdays sorted. Lasted about 3 months, I think i quit when winter hit cos both the places were too cold.
Going for a walk every day is a good low level commitment. I've sometimes had 3 days with no outside over lockdown. A good 30 minute stroll every day is good for you I'm sure.

I've just been for a walk in thd woods. I definitely believe the thing about being around trees and mulchy leaves being good for you, cos of thd particles you get
don't recognise this at all, no way could i stay inside for one entire day, i'd go mad, going for a walk is all part of the struggle against inertia and hopelessness for me
