i started a kickboxing course last tuesday after not having done any sport for more than 15 years and i need to become way more flexibel. my teacher could move her legs and arms in every direction, she could bend everything. i need to be more elastic like that as well.
anyway, i'm gonna start the 31 day yoga revolution!
i prefer this guy to adriene, i hate doing 50 forward folds in a session. i was doing a pretty great yoga one day/serious workout the next thing for about a month of quarantine but now i've lost all my motivation and just do yoga a couple times a week and take a long walk when it doesn't rain.
