Well watching the video he didn't know that the other guy was gonna get held thee by the defender after he'd turned so it looked like a fluke to me,. I dunno I aint played the game but that's how it read.

no he did know the player was going to be there because there is a screen being set, and then he interntionally dribbles it in that direction

legally yes, although the "legal" screen rules have become incredibly blurred. the foul is called "moving screen", so youre supposed to pretty much stand still with your hands together under ur waist and block the direction of the defender, but players have grown to be able to get away with basically just blocking the defenders with their hands and the fouls rarely get called unless they are INCREDIBLY blatant, and even then....
like last week, at the end of lakers vs nuggets, jokic set a possible "moving screen" that wasnt called which led to a game winner and lakers fans werent happy, me personally, yea it was prob a foul, but i wasnt that upset because those fouls dont get called that much in general

i play ball 2-3 times a week.... my dribbling skills arent great, my jump shot is ok, i mostly specialize in floaters off the glass, rebounding, and jump hooks in the paints.....
im confident i would beat line b and sus
