Not really a tip but the one person I know who lived in Brockley really liked it.

    Beer And Beer Drinking

Sadly can't do either cos i'm on hols from tomorrow morn. On September 21 though there is an IPA festival at William IV where each brewer contributes and IPA based around a specific colour (no idea how exactly this will work..)

Where should I eat in London?

A nice week time lunch if you work round Shoreditch can be had at The Three Crowns, the new pub just of City Rd north of the roundabout. It's not cheap (2 course for 15, 3 for 18) but I've been twice and it's not messing around - whole lemon sole or amazing whole mackerel vigorously grilled with...

Where should I eat in London?

I've not been to that one but I have been to Meat Mission in Hoxton. I think I'm more in the it's-just-a-burger camp really - was nice but just tasted like a decent, quite fatty home made burger.

    Where to live in London?

My sister's in Walthamstow and loves it. Enough gentrification for decent coffee and a few places to eat, some nice pubs (The Broadies one is near by) but not loads of nobheads. Good transport links and hackney a 15 min cycle away for weekend pottering.

    Beer And Beer Drinking

It's an interesting one. I'd add something about it being small scale to the last one maybe? This blog post suggests there is an official definition of sorts in America.

    Beer And Beer Drinking

There are few places in London with some slightly mind boggling expensive imported key beer - eg £4.50 per half. Craft at Angel/Clerkenwell springs to mind. However to be fair to them they always have some cask real ales on from £3.30 or so per pint. Anything in a key just seems to be be a lot...

    Beer And Beer Drinking

No way! I know what you mean about the confusing ness over the names, they seem to brew so many IPAs and Pale Ales with different hop combinations, or sometimes even the same combo but a different %. The recent SCANS and SCCANS (I think that's what they were! initials from the hop types) are...

    Dubstep

Thanks for the update! It's funny looking on the website and not knowing any of the DJs, used to check it religiously and get down there so often... EZ, Brackles, Appleblim and Royal-T actually sounds like a pretty great line up.
