Talking of stuff like that I've been digging through booty house stuff for a little while now. Remembering halcyon days digging through the shout outs on Daft Punk's Teachers when I was like 13, listening to DJ Funk and praying my mother wouldn't walk in.

I didn't make it through much of the oneman cd, I took a look at the tracklist and kind of just went 'ugh'. There's no real interesting hook there, like wise said it just seems like some blandly curated mix. Was kinda surprised not to see a Disclosure of Dusky tune on there.

Whilst I'm recommending things; Henny Moan is pretty much an extension of Hype Williams (he often plays with them and stuff i think, he's credited on the hyperdub album quite a bit.) and his album he slipped out earlier this year deserves far more exposure than it's so far got. His radio shows...

Have you heard this? If you're into the grubbier end of what they've done you'll probably feel it. Cassette from '09 when they were calling themselves Paradise Sisters, super sludgy stuff that gradually gets darker and more twisted...
