    Twees're Good (except they're not)

Sometimes when I buy records I realise a couple weeks after the records come and I haven't listened to it much that I don't actually like it. It's usually a record that fits in to a certain aesthetic I like, but the actual record doesn't do anything for me. I always say "I won't do that again!"...

No Giles Peterson on Radio 1, Skream and Benga given permanent show.

Thats exactly what I said to my mate! haha What I think radio 1 needs is eclectic Djs who, like Giles, who will playa myriad of different styles, it differentiates it from the "specialist" radio stations. If they are going to focus on one sound then something like the 1 in the jungle shows...

Has the NY Transit Authority / Conquerer 12" been discussed? Can't see why it's got so much hype - does absolutely nothing for me

    House 2011

Surprised Theo is only at 69 - although I am a bit of a fanboy! Surprised Floating Points wasn't in the list at all either. I think the Hot Creations stuff is incredibly standard - although I haven't payed too much attention to it. I always take RAs opinion with a massive lump of salt...

4 Stars (or: The reviewing of art vs. the art of reviewing)

Probably one of the worst reviews i've ever read! My favourite bit of this is when he name drops Source Direct in order to appear to have some credibility. I read interviews more than reviews to be honest - I often find reviews stop me hearing something without pre-conceptions, I know it...

How can you call Dubstep "music of black origin"

    Should I be ashamed?

I really like the sexy chick track, I would never admit that to my girlfriend though! haha As appalling as the build up - this one has some sort of strange charm too, especially when he rhymes "going" with "Lindsay Lohan"

I don't see the link between Eglo and Saphma/SBTRKT really - much prefer the stuff eglo are doing - find SBTRKT very boring tbh

    Funky/London/UK House

Bought the champion EP on HardDrive. ... A side I really liked from mixes etc., but just sounds a bit unfinished. It ended and i was like... is that it? and then flipped the plate over and those 2 tracks are just a bit crap IMO. Anyone else feel like this? Wish I hadn't bought on sight haha!

i thought Ben UFO and especially Jackmaster had some good points - although it was way too short and the bit about what clothes they had on was absurd. When reading these kind of interviews I usually just skim read the questions - I never really notice if the questions where good or not hahaa...
