yeh, its kinda the probably overused 'rapper as griot' thing i guess, its amazing that someone can put reportage to music and it actually work! woebot, can u recommend anywhere to download or request mixes by people like Logan Sama, or any other hot pirate stuff.., i have a few people sorting...

all about Yes - "close to the edge" (listened to in its entirety-fought against this for years, gave up a few years ago and just admitted it was funky, absurd, and lush all at once.....killer!) Magma - pretty much any of it (tho deffo do 'udu wuddu' for some early drum machine/glisteneing...
